It's supposed to be hot dog weather NOT hot chocolate weather

I made reference to it earlier today here but the tiny little 'squint your eyes to see the flakes through the rain' has now turned into this frighteningly fun frenzy of frolicking flakes (and I am currently making hot chocolate so my children can recover).

Jellybean enjoying the soft, fluffy flakes falling on her head.

Flakes in the lashes.

C'est moi.

It was actually kinda nice considering the weather; they were just foolin'.

Bug & Cheryl catching flakes on their tongues...

After a couple pictures we went to get our jackets on and do some serious snow playing.

My footwear today didn't really jive with the weather...

So, there it is May 19th and it is snowing, blowing and the soft fluffy flakes have turned into teeny ice pellets. The fuff was way more fun!

I'd take the snow, but I don't think my garden would like it. :)

The latest I remember having snow was May 6th, 1994 - the day of my junior prom.
