It means that she is growing up more and more everyday. It means that she getting closer and closer to adulthood:(... It means...it means that she can start buying some of her own clothes, some of her own eyebrow waxes, some of her own streaks, some of her own shoes and some of her own fries at the caf!!! Wahoo!!!!!!
